Assessment trend report

The assessment trend report shows a teacher the average student assessment over time. The trend line can exceed the course from which the report is opened to include assessments from previous school years and/or other courses that teach the same subject. The report is available from Status and follow-up.

When working with multiple groups in a course – for instance classes – teachers can limit the students to members of this group, provided this group is created via hierarchy synchronisation.

Upon clicking on the name of a student, the full period that contains assessments for the subject will open. In addition, the peer average trend line that compares the student's performance with the average of his or her peers.

Note that criteria-based assessment is not shown in the report.

Note

To use the assessment trend report, learning objectives must be enabled in the course, and at least one subject needs to be added to the course from Settings >> Learning objectives.
